Howard Levy
Born 8/28/63 in Brooklyn, NY
Howard is a 1985 graduate of Princeton and met partner Rob Weingard and former partner Josh Wexler
when they were teammates on the basketball team representing the United States at the 1985 Maccabiah
Games in Israel. Howard played professional basketball in Israel, Australia, and was the final cut
of the New Jersey Nets in 1985. Howard holds a law degree from the George Washington University
National Law Center. In addition to his duties as president of HYP, Howard serves as an assistant
basketball coach with Princeton University's varsity men's basketball team. Howard lives with his
wife and three children in Princeton.

Rob Weingard
born 5/15/63 in Queens, NY
Rob is a 1985 graduate of Hofstra, and led the NCAA Division One in assists that year. Rob was also
a member of the 1985 gold medal winning United States men's basketball team at the 1985
Maccabiah Games in Israel. Rob is in charge of HYP's headwear and cold weather accessories
businesses, and lives with his wife and three children in Sands Point, New York.

Mike Pascal
born 4/12/67 in Washington DC
Mike graduated from St. Stephen's High School in Alexandria, VA in 1985 and Cornell University in
1989. Mike played basketball at Cornell where he led Cornell to an Ivy League Championship in 1988.
Mike is HYP's Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer. He lives in Manhattan with
his wife Becky and four children-Drew, Patrick, Emily and Luke.
